- By entering the discussion board, you are assumed to have read the
Terms of Service and agreed to it. In addition, you
are requested to adhere to the regulations listed below as well
- Messages shall be posted in the names of the users only [concept of screen name
is discontinued]
- For the purpose of security, along with the message, we store the ip address as well as
the time stamp
- The messages posted in the Website shall not contain vulgar, foul or any
other offensive language
- Messages on religious themes - that may cause disputes - shall not be posted
- The messages shall not incite violence against any individual or group of
people
- Any message that encourages illegal activity shall be not be posted
- No message shall be posted against any individual or an organisation that
may be unsubstantiated and thus judged to be defamatory in nature
- No advertisement or link to advertisements shall be posted at the board
- As a general rule, members are requested to be polite with their postings and are requested to refrain from using words, phrases that are of personal nature and not connected to the discussion
- The Website reserves the right to edit any message for purpose of clarity or for any other reason as deemed necessary by the Administrator/Moderator - without altering the substance or meaning of the posting. Any such alteration would be acknowledged through a comment at the bottom of such messages
- This discussion board is partially moderated and for this purpose - creates
two types of members: Verified and Unverified.
- The postings by Verified members will be publicly visible immediately
(they would be still be verified by the Administrator/Moderator and removed if they violate the discussion board terms)
- The postings by Unverified members will be made publicly visible after being reviewed by the Administrator/Moderator. The decision of the Administrator/Moderator shall be final on this and no correspondence shall be entered into
- To become a Verified member of the Site, please send a scanned copy of documents such as Passport pages, Identity Card etc - clearing displaying your photograph, your name and your address
- The Users may make use of the available links to complain about any posting that they
may think to be in violation of the terms and the Website shall take every effort to review those
complaints at the earliest. If necessary, any posted message can be deleted even after publication
- Not withstanding any of the terms listed above, the judgement of the discussion board's
moderators shall be final
