Kayalpatnam via sea, you got to own a liner or you could
make special arrangements with the fishermen, the coast
guard, the area smugglers or the LTTE (Sri Lanka is just
kilometres away). What ever you arrangement is, this is the
sea you are likely to meet (the Kayal copy of Bay of
Bengal)
