Administrator: Kayalpatnam.com will continue to focus on news relevant to Kayalpatnam - whether happening within Kayalpatnam or outside. The news in question was posted for a few reasons: there is relevance to Kayalpatnam - in that all of us go out with kids to places like beach. In this episode, there is a lesson for us. Another reason is that - since the incident happened in Chennai, a few Kayalites who see the picture could have been of help to find the girl if they happen to be in Chennai
