- Kayal on the Web is hosted on a server that hosts multiple websites. Hence
is subject to outages, variable performance etc that are beyond its control. We at
Kayal on the Web would take every step to ensure continuity of service
- The content in the Website shall be updated in a timely manner. However the
Website shall not be held responsible for any consequence arising out of delay etc that
may occur due to reasons beyond its control
- Information in the Website is provided on bonafide and best effort
basis. If the users believe information presented in the Website is incorrect,
defamatory etc, they are requested to point the same to the Administrator - who shall address
them at the earliest
- Views expressed in the Website are those of the persons expressing them
and not necessarily those of the Website per se. As such, the Website cannot be held
responsible for the views thus expressed
- The Website sometimes provides links to some external Websites - either on its own
or through user submitted links. This shall not be construed to mean an endorsement of the content
in those Websites. User must exericise his/her own discretion while visiting those Websites and shall be bound
by the terms and conditions of those Websites
- The users shall not abuse the service of the Website. The term abuse shall
include posting messages that may be deemed offensive and/or illegal, spamming with false registrations, denial of service activities etc
- The Website reserves the right to cancel the registration of users
and deny access to the Website to any person/s it may deem to have abused the service
and/or in its opinion may be detrimental to the interest and benefit of the Website

program. It is a free service. By activating this service, you are assumed to have read the
