It seems so funny.. well. Ppl are using WiFi hotspots for free or low rate. But these governments give free sim cards but not essential basic needs for the ppl who are in poverty line and below to it.
In the name of low call rates they getting huge amount in background as deposit. but low airtime rates. and private telecom operators give more than that and also low call rates. if this situation goes someday governent wil give free TASMAC too.. hehehehe. THE GOVERNMENT IS WITH THE UNFIT PPL
