Assalamu Alaikum

With respect to the qualities and basic eligibility required for selecting the President/vice president and councilors, the followings points are important ,in my view.

1. They should know the infra structure , in and around Kayalpatnam, with the potential scope for Development.

2. They should know the corporation rules and loop holes (within law),to help the community through the regulations.

3. To Control Councilors to be fare enough to deal with peoples and Corporation officers

( Example: If we are going for an application for Building Approval Drawings or EB connections etc.. ,the council members should not have intention or motivation to get commission for self and officers ,this is like throwing soil on our own face) . This attitude should be avoided.

4. To select PRESIDENT and Vice President, they should know the difficulties of local people to get approval from authorities and suggest them with the proper method ,and take the immediate action.

5. In my suggestion that the President or Vice President should have technical sound knowledge, Administrative experience .( Example: If CORPORATION has given road contracts to some “x” parties, they should review the contracts and avoid corruption).

6. The President and Vice President, should be Service minded, Pro active and should be capable of developing strategic Solutions to current and future problems of the society and unity.

Finally professional peoples can do the better administration, than OTHERS.

So in this my view, considering the above suggestions, the following personalities may be selected.

For PRESIDENT - Janab.Haji. A.K.Abdulla (Auditor)- Kuthukkal st

Vice President - Er.A.B.Sheik Abdul Cader (Appa palli st)
