Its a very good initiative and its really in needed in Chennai since our kayalites headcount is going up day by day esp. the folks who come over there for a job.
When i was reading this news...I was thinking about the discussion with Br.Sirajudeen & Sadakathullah (HAM) kaka on these lines. The same concern (need of guidance team for newcomers who come to Chennai for job, education etc) was in Br.Sirajudeen's (Appapalli st) mind last year and he brought it up during the discussion. He initiated and sent some mails to some of the key kayalites over there and discussed with them personally too.
Finally its good to see the birth of guidance committtee in chennai. Wish you a good luck!!
