Gents & ladies
Good luck & wishes for the sister. Although the speech was short, I feel the sister has added so many things that shall go against her. Her direct or indirect involvement in politics & that too to the likes of the congress leader, who doesn't even have a good reputation these days ( the 2 G thing) does not add any favour to her. So does Nalini chidambaram, who has had quite some mis-reputations if my memory goes right. Going on the lines of the Kayal elders & advises from like minded souls can neither do any good. The omni-presence of several relatives & their apparent involvement in the sister's reign can bring more bad than goods or at times spoil the soup.
Presently we neeed a leader who thinks, goes & leads by herself, instead of back-ups. The present day leaders do not pose any big repute, to the standards of obvious thinkings. They are good individually as human beings & more so none of them are tuned to the present day world that can bring any good for this town . They just go by the old standards and often fail. Lag scientific thinkings & at times & most of the times fail in their collective decision. Our town needs their moral support from behind, but do not definitely need them as think tanks. They have good financial background and no doubts on that. They are right & have implemented certain projects in terms of spending. Governing & ruling is not an easy task & as the sister claims, it seems she would not decide on her own, but would seek advise from the elders. As I can see we have good people on board in the AJ as humans, and not good think tanks who can really act sensibly. We have good orators, speakers, rich men, generous elders, some discards from their own jamaaths owing to various reasons, et al, but I can't see any one with an intellectual frame of mind.
It is for the common man to decide whom to vote now, citing various reasons & good luck for both of the sisters..Inshallah..
