This is very funniest request from Singapore Kayal Welfare Association.
Why not you request to stop cigarette sales within kayal. From this you encourage others(above 18) to take cigarette.
From this we know, younger peoples (below 18) can easily get cigarette within kayal. Those younger peoples took cigarette in outskirts of beach or in ground.
