This is one of the repeating wellknown issue in past decades. My openion for the permenant solution is related to previous news that we should have underground pipeline for saving rainwater via cement road before construct. Area councilers must make sure the next road contstruction contract should go to good planning tendors by considering all criterias like nature, safety, quality, cost, coverage, etc.. In this way, we benefit on both summer (no drinking water shortage) and rainy (no water wastage) season.
As like we asked suggestion from people for Beach beautification and segregation, some organization could come up to collect polling from people for better solution in permenant.
