Dear Brother, Ameer Sulthan (Comment: 15395),
Your wish is granted. Lets have ONE WAY through Chinna Nesavu Street and the routes will be as below:
One way: Chinna Nesavu Street – Periya Nesavu Street – Koolakadai Bazaar – Bus stand
The other way would be the one suggested by your Jama-ath: linking KMT to the Bus Stand. (I am not sure of the names of the streets there.)
So no KTM Street. Thank you very much.
I think what was really a generous act from the Dhayim PaLLi Jama-ath is responsible for today’s state. The mosque and the KTM St. inhabitants - should NOT have offered the land to the Public. If only we had been firm, our town would have reaped the benefits of "one way" long back. Generosity pays and how?
My humble request to our Jama-ath is this – Let us learn from other Jama-aths and be pro-active and aggressive. The last statement was not meant to hurt or annoy anybody. But if it does, don't blame me; please go read the statements released by your own Jama-aths.
(The reason I have to take a slightly tougher stand is because of a mail I received. It does not qualify for a discussion here as the contents are clearly illogical. But the sender of the mail needs to understand that, such propaganda only makes people more stern. I am not posting here for fun or to fuel a fight, but I honestly believe that the Nesavu St. Jama-ath should be more accommodative considering the welfare of the town. To bring in the Chinna Nesavu street is clearly diversional and completely unwarranted)
