this shows the failure of system, sheer negligence or overlook of the concern department. There should be a proper maintenance at first place rather then attending the repair call after this bizarre incident, who will be responsible if any unfortunate event takes place, Almighty had saved from those.

Why the hell this EB dept cuts the power supply in the name of maintenance EVERY DAY & what sort of maintenance have they provided ??? What the HECK is going on .. ehhh...
