Nearly 10 years after the introduction of cellular phone, our DOT has introduced this service. All these years our government allows service providers to loot the customers as they wish. Introduction of this service will bring some competitiveness among service providers. Sub-standard service providers will lose their customers to competitors for sure and the companies provide best service and better tariff rate will survive.
