The Agenda in this meeting taken for the discussion for highly apprecietable . I wish the youngsters from our islamic socitey must prefer professional and even it is through the merit.

In my career , i come across many of our islamic students worrying that they didnt find the proper "Guidence and Counselling" for the students at the right time.

"Treatment missing at right time misses the live"-It is a Say..,

Accordingly , our islamic society should come up through the EDUCATION as this common to all.

I am personally worried that whether some parents of kayalpatnam are really concentraing on efficient and healthy higher education of their children or for sustaining their (parents) worthless prestige such that taking admition for their children to some residential school time to time or transferring quite often he or she completes one or two years over there in a school.Repeated transfer or repeatedly changing schools also develops an impact in their mind. i am interested to mention any of those schools. But i came across their conversation with neighbours that "her or his son studying in scholl which takes more cost of study than her or his neighbours kid " . Do they really earn any laudable pride or incremented prestige if they do performing thses kind of acts at their kids life. sorry ,I am strongly disagreeing.

Please..,Please.., brothers and sisters of my islamic society . Guide them and also MONITOR them. Recent development in the education through the scores achieved by kayal students is highly appreciatable . But still not enough and make the target higher and higher.

But still we dont have sufficient number of graduates of medicine however few like well experienced and higly capable doctors like Dr.Mahboob ,Dr.Thambi ,Dr.Ismail and i'am sorry i dont remeber all who all have been praised till for their eminent service and pillars of doctos earning the good name for kayal service in medication.

These all about the service in medical by kayal origins. Long back all these doctors were studets and they must have followed some guidelines or atleast they should have had eager to become doctors.

similarly , still it is eagering that in my mind "Many Why cant be the Professionals,Experts ,Researchers,Doctorates ,Professors both from medical ,engineering ,paramedical ,expertised engineering fields of premier and reputed institutes ,colleges araising from Kayal .
