Reliance has already introduced a similar plan more than a year ago in our town. BSNL only wants to retain its customers many of whom already surrender their landlines. It shows the inefficiency of government (Telecom) department. Too late and too little.
Moreover there are plenty of Brandband applications waitlisted for more than 3 months by our BSNL office. The cited reason for the delay . "Non-availability of Modem". Just like TNEB running out of electricity meters.
