Congratulations to the newly elected president & Vice president of IQRA. It’s a perfect combination (an experienced & young blood) going to run this show (IQRA). All the best to newly elected folks!!

The concept of leadership rotation is really impressing & it will be worth full unless until each leadership team understand their responsibilities & take IQRA to the next level by bringing some good progress through the innovative way of doing the right things. Otherwise it will be simply nothing but 'a change for nothing'. Pretty confident that, every leadership is marching towards the success of IQRA.

As we all know, it’s not 'a piece of cake' to run such an organization like IQRA ...that too for such a long time. Definitely the credit goes to selfless office bearers of this IQRA who spares their valuable time for the betterment of kayalite students. May Allah reward all of them in this life & hereafter.

"கூட்ட நிகழ்விடம் தேர்வு" - Appreciate IQRA President's hospitality. Good to know, this valid concern has been discussed in the meeting (that too in the president's house itself who I see him taking this point positively) & published in KOTW (to let the readers to know) shows the transparency of the leadership / IQRA.

"கூட்ட ஒழுங்குகள்" - Professional way of coordinating the meetings sometimes it doesn’t works out even in business meetings. Just be flexible even if someone is intentionally or unintentionally not following these procedures (at least in the initial period) to ensure none of the members / office bearers feelings are hurted.

- Not sure how this figure goes every year (meaning going up or down). Scrutinize each request. Any help should reach the needy & right people. Definitely not to someone who just want to pocket this money for leisure.

"படிப்பை இடைநிறுத்தம் செய்யும் மாணவ-மாணவியரைக் கண்டறிந்து, ....& தேர்வில் தோல்வியுற்றவர்களைக் கண்டறிந்து..." – Stepping stone to work towards to reach the vision of 100% educated graduates in kayal.

“சந்தியுங்கள் மாநிலத்தின் முதன்மாணவரை - 2011” - In TN, I think we are the only organizing such meet to boost up our students. Even though it’s a good thing, I hope we are assessing (through the participants feedback) how it really benefits the students (since we are pumping considerable amt. of money & time to organize this), anchoring in (or changing) our student minds to become a state topper or at least to plan their studies to become a successful student.

Another thing, our kayal's top score in plus two went down this year. Need to find out the reason behind this & have to address this to ensure its not repeating.

IQRA is a shining star. Keep up the good work!!
