Its really wonderful to see you all for this cause. This is MOST needed aspect for Kayal women as unemployment (rather unwilling employment) among kayal women is as big as 85%.My bit of advice is related to marketing their products.

1) Have 4-5 Specilaity shops in kayal for selling items manufactured by Kayal women.

2) have exchange in Nellai,Madras and other major towns to market the finished products directly to customers

3) Purchase raw materials wholesale from Gujarat or Mumbai and Chennai and Madurai.

4) Have a contact with some leading distributor to market product.

5) Make every women as equal holder in new entity.

6) This meeting should not be just like any other meeting, continuation and follow is must
