It is amazing that a construction project is being carried out in our town's limit,even without proper approval from such govt depts legally..
Because,Normally in our country, Every constructions/projects for users/beneficiary under govt benefit scheme will take more than atleast 2-3 years even for laying foundations itself and the years so on for its usage period.(Allah only knows)
Therefore,something conspiracy is going on behind this project/scheme. The Concerned should be brought in to the light.
At present,Get stay order from court to suspend this project initially.
(Prevention is better than cure).Thereafter, Kayal Aikkiya Peravai should measure the lands(registered &naththam/porambollu nilam) around our town limit.All unregistered lands should be convereted in to legalised(with proper patta docs)and bring under the control of our united Aikkiya peravai. Make only the Peravai should have the rights to sell the lands for ever according to the necessities of our town citizens according to the present market value, but not crazy sale price like present days. It also controls the price hike for our town lands those who buy for their own needs.
