Upon some one's recommendation, sometime back, I had a chance to visit the TWAD (Mela authoor) pumping station along with few people well acquainted to me who are concerned about the well being of our people.

He informed us that 2.3 million liters of water being pumped everyday from the reservoir to our town after certain process. It seems to me that everything works out perfectly. When questioned about less water being received, he reproved and recommended us to have a water meter at receiving point to see for ourselves.
We came back reported to the person concern.

Perhaps such meter can reveal the truth. If the meter shows less counting than what we are supposed to receive, our municipality can always drag TWAD to the court for overcharging us all these years. What if the meter shows what TWAD claims?
A Million dollar question. Can we (people) drag the corrupted staves out to the road and ............................
