1. As Dr. D MOHAMED KIZHAR suggested (Comment Reference Number: 24143), we should contact ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT agency. Dr. Kizhar, please let us know how to contact them. (I am not sure of benefits of telegraming the President. If anyone thinks it'd be useful, please share your thoughts)
