This housing project can be stopped in no time If we apply the law accordingly. This project is a clear violation of CRZ act. Aikkiaya Peravai instead of approaching the court and applying this powerful Act, opts for a compromise. People with vested interest (for future benefit) do not want to use this law. Because they possess vast area of land along our coast and will lose considerable value of their land.
