As far as I know our Kayal IOB is like tortoise only. Because of their Lazy work. Even I mailed many time for a request with our bank. It was get done after four weeks. But I got reply mail from our IOB manger at 20:00 IST too.
This doesn't mean they are working so hard. It simply says that they are wandering out when business hours. I hope the manager will get lesson after this as well the employess there.
