This is not the first time they are saying that they will inform about the lunch hours. When I was there at native before a year, I had some transaction initiated before lunch time and was asked to come after their lunch hour to complete my transaction (I do not remember the specific hours).
When I went there at their specified time, they did not respond to me. When I asked one of the officers there, he said lunch time is not yet finished. When I mentioned that the other office said that your lunch time is till such and such time, he negated.
Then I also asked them about the lunch time not being mentioned in the working hours board. They said they'll do it. It is more than a year now, and still they would do it tomorrow. Let us see when that tomorrow comes.
