Even though it is a good news, It is only an Interim stay. One can go to the Higher court for the removal of stay. It is a "Cat and Mouse game". Waste of time, money and energy. Only invoking CRZ put the final nail in the coffin.
If Aikkiya Peravai falters, we Kayalites can knock the door of the Court armed with CRZ Act under PIL (Public Interest Litigation).
