Nice to here the action taken from the higher level manager.. the day ( when the investigation )happend .
my niece also go to bank to withdrawl money she seen the officer but she dont know he is the officer.. he enquire about the services of IOB to my niece. she compliant asusual to him.. ( he taken the compliant in his notes what he bring on the day )later only she came to know.. he is from higher level officer.. he listen all the things and said to my niece we will clear the problem soon...
Finaly he done the same ..Thanks to the officer..
Pls publish the officer mail id we like to send thanks message to him.. for taking the necessary action.. in good way..
