Congratulations to newly elected/selected executive members.
Resolution No 2 requires or emphasizes on KWAs all over the world to understand and act according to the Aikkiya Peravai's "Diktat" and draw a "Blueprint". It should be the other way around. It is Aikkiya Peravai which should change its behaviour, attitude and listen to the voice. Intellectuals and educators in our town too be consulted before making blueprint. Not just bunch of rich and infamous.
When I mention "Educators", it does not mean those who own and or run schools and college. it is more than that.
Resolution No. 4 should be appreciated as the Late Haji A.K. Shahul Hameed Hajiyar had contributed in a big way for our mothers, sisters & daughters education. The name " A.K.SHAHUL HAMEED HAJIYAR MEMORIAL GOVERNMENT GIRLS HIGHER SECONDARY SCHOOL" will be too long. May I suggest "A.K.S. MEMORIAL GOVERNMENT GIRLS HIGH SECONDARY SCHOOL".
(I do not know whether our government allows 100% government funded/aided schools to be named after individuals without political background ?)
Resolution No.8 shows your love and care for our society. Thank you.
Resolution No.9: As far as Academic is concern, Is not better to work with "IQRA" (Like other KWAs) rather than act separately ? Anyway wish you success.
While appreciating some of the resolutions, one can not hide his/her disappointment over few. Individual appeasement and personal influence is highly evident in some of the resolutions passed make one to think that The Aikkiya Peravai has started/opened it branch or sister organization in UK.
As far Peace committee and its recommendations are concern, one does not need an harbinger to prophecies that it will fail. Indeed, it failed. No one wants it to fail, but it failed. It bound to fail because of the wrong selection of some of members and therefore its flawed recommendations.
Who on his right mind chooses someone who is the root cause of the problem to be a member of a peace committee?
Anyway "credit must be given where it is due". In that sense I end my comments by saluting your efforts making our town peaceful, energetic, safe and sound.
