It appears to me that visitors (Aaam Admi)to Kayalpatnam.com have more information about the housing project than the "Kayal Aikkiya Peravai" and Kayalpatnam Municipality.
Thanks to Kayalpatnam.com
I guess (guided by Aikkkiya Peravai), our municipality filed the case against this government housing project. If so, it is a wrong guidance/step. According to the Law expert, the Tamil Nadu government can easily tame our municipality. Even our district Collectorate can do the job.
The court has temporarily ordered to stop the project and I was told that the government did not object to the "Stay” possibly because of the forthcoming Assembly election.
So what can be done?
Individual(s) can file the case against the project under PIL (Public Interest Litigation) to make the case stronger. For that, one needs to know the details of the order. I tried to get the copy of the "Order" from Aikkiya Peravai and from the Municipality, but failed.
I like to hear from Aillkiya Peravai and or from member(s) of our municipality through this site.
