This would be additional passenger service between Tirunelveli (TEN) and Tiruchendur (TCN).
Palani - Tiruchendur is likely to be inaugurated 16th Feb (http://www.dinamalar.com/news_detail.asp?id=909642) which will be 5th passenger service between TEN -TCN. When the additional service mentioned in the current interim budget is introduced it would be 6th passenger service between TEN-TCN.
