1.Regularize the quiz competition and do in better way .it will help to reduce the unnecessary problems
2.Stop all the activities during Asar prayer time (maximum of 20 to 30min)
3.Prizes and gifts-Requesting the concern committee to buy good items for children's.Recommend to buy items which is useful for their daily life's or school works based on their age instead of buying toys.Some of the low priced toys having toxic chemicals pls consider our request
4.Recommend all kayalties gents to attend the get-to-gather with KPM traditional dress in future (for a change or bring our KPM fashion to dubai)-my Personnel suggestion
5.This meeting expenses are 30% more than collected amounts. Requested all kayalaties to contribute more volunteerly to over come our expenses in the future and it will encourage the committee will do better in the future.
