Good to see the big strength and nice pictures. My suggestion or thought is, KWA chennai (or any other local kwa's with strong business people) can focus on building lot of entrepreneurs through workshop & also they can share their personal experiences/expertise to build young entrepreneurs who is struggling to shine in their respective business career. It may be general guidance or specific to some business track.

As we all aware, most of the members of overseas kwa's are working as an employee in so & so company who can give their money but KWA's in local have strong & succesful business people to guide the youngsters who come for business career. Local KWA's can just focus on something different like this
