Sterlite factory's closure ordered by the High Court is a welcome thing. Since the case had been pusrsued with patience as a prestige and social concern by Mr Vaiko and others, even though the case was dragged to a long phase Judgment was in favour of the people living around Tuticorin.

We, in Kayalpatnam nowadays are feeding to cancer someone within our family circle or our neighbours to the poisonous gas exhaled by the DCW (Darangadhara Chemical Works) and sad to say some politicians of our Town cries for sometime on this cause only to be bribed heavily by the said factory.

Persons of bold and courage and who cannot be cowed down by the bribes are needed, to fight in the courts against this poison spraying industry, as the gains from the factory has been shared by all those outsiders only at the cost of sorrows and sufferings of the people living in Kayalpatnam.
