The concerns expressed by the people here are all genuine. At the same time, i think we should hear the Management side too. THERE ARE TWO SIDES TO A COIN. It is possible that the trip had been arranged without the knowledge of the family that runs this.
Request the Principal and Board to explain what really happened. It's not a private academic affair. A College, or any institution, CANT BE DETACHED FROM THE SOCIETY it operates in.

There are plenty of organizations / people who could do that professionally. And, there are people who are ready to do it for free.
I have done a one-day session (PPTs, Video, Group Exercises)on ATTITUDE at a College , and have spoken to my alma mater Muhyideen Matric School Students recently too.
My good friend Prof. Dr. Thameem Ansari would be happy to do so while at Kayal. And, we have Global experience. For sure, there are some more Kayalites who'd be happy to share their knowledge & expertise.
