Salams. Quite useful piece of info.
But in my opinion about the withdrawal of a seat secured under OC by other students should definitely go to students waiting with more cut off (i.e. OC quota) because its fair that OC quota is reserved for students with a specific cut off (which is definitely the highest among all the cut off marks). Other categories should come under the respective reserved quota.
