election boycott posted byMACKIE NOOHUTHAMBI (dubai)[14 May 2011] IP: 92.*.*.* United Arab Emirates | Comment Reference Number: 4454
It has become clear from the verdict of the kayalpatnam citizens that mr anitha radhakrishnan has come out safely from the tsunami of general election 2011 only by t simple majority.. The aiykkiya peravai in its public meeting with late SK declared that the citizens of kayalpatnam will boycott the election, if the building work of houses in the seashore of kayalpatnam near kosumarai is not stopped immediately. and post cards were sent to the (former chief minister!) chief minister mr karunanidhi.
I fail to understand whether building work were stopped or on what ground kayalpatnam people went to polling booths and cast their votes to mr anitha or manoharan. Now what is the case, AIADMK has come out with thumping majority? How ANITHA or the AIADMK will look into the building of houses at kosumarai.
Iykkiya peraavai has to come out with a clear picture, and tell the citizens of kayalpatnam why they did not oppose when our people went to polling booths to cast their votes in favour or against anitha.
Abiding by the commands of iykkiya peravai, we in our family cast our votes in 49"O" .
