Assalamu Alaikkum Wrwb.
In my personal opinion. We are humans first of all prone to error. He is Allah who taught us which we knew not.
As per the authentic Hadeeth that we should welcome Ramadan after the visible Crescent by ones own or the news about same by trustworthy witness rather than calculating the moon traces. As shown in the above figures the moon phases start very below to the Hawai and Fiji. It is mentioned in Blue. At that time Australians almost cross the day of Sahur of next day of around 05:30AM to 06:30AM in the morning.
Else in this way. The next day on 31st South African, South America and Central America region the Crescent visibility is fine. If we get the news of Crescent visibility from those region we can accept it, since the time difference from Capetown to Kayalpatnam is 03:30 Hrs. Which means if 6:00PM in Capetown, it would be 09:30PM in Kayalpatnam. Which is enough to prepare Sahur food. In Australia and Fiji it would be around 3:00AM to 4:00AM in the early morning. Which can be also accept under the whole world start the Ramadan day 1.
But in the Third side. It is doubtful to start the Ramadan day 1 if Crescent seen in local nearby only on next day. Remember, What happen if suppose the moon not visible due to Clouds? What is the scale of Crescent sight seeing? Nearby like Colombo, Kerala? or the Maharastra's Malegon as like before?
Let us all discuss together with Authentic Hadeeth by Start Ramadan and Leave Ramadan by SEEING Crescent. Even the witness accepted from trustworthy of Prophet period for Crescent. Is there any other evidence to Calculate or seen only nearby? Let us all come to single root of evidence that Allah had given us Holy book to the Whole Mankind, Allah sent Messengers to whole Mankind, Allah created the wordly pleasures to Whole Mankind, Allah created Sun and Moon to the whole Mankind.
May be the perspective approach on each of them may be varied from each of us own view.
