This is highly outrageous & should be condemened at the highest degree of restraint. Would suggest a people's movement in terms of Road agitations and the like would focus attention to get rid of the evil inspector. A massive turnout of the Public to come out against such atrocity may eventually lead to non-occurance of such happenings.

Will the public heed.
