Its my understanding that, Jamath's are involved in identifying their counselors for their respective wards through Mashura & mostly men are selected. Is there any criteria that, they need to identify only 'Men' or they can identify 'Women's' as well? I'm just curious to know whether any opportunity for women this time as well to play couselor role or not?
