Quite a few people of Kayalpatnam fail to understand “One Size Fits All” is not an efficient method in dealing with issues.

Social service in Kayalpatnam has more than a hobby and there is no great need to explain the importance. Almost every kayalite subscribes to this.

Various organizations in our town has long been active and progressed, however the need of the day is FOCUS.

Umbrella organizations cannot meet the demand of modern issues where intention of doing it alone is no longer good enough. They need to get to the grass root of the issues.

I would bet no organizations in the past was as effective as IQRA with focus on education and no group was as effective as CFFC when comes to dealing with Cancer and related issues.

Generic organizations, even with very good intentions cannot set priorities if they have to deal with everything and anything.

Traditional welfare organization in town has either of the two options – just stand behind and support these focused groups or choose a focus for themselves if they really need to thrive and not create parallel counter parts.

Customary slogans of ‘Unity’, ‘Tradition’, ‘Ancestry’ , ‘Pedigree’ and the sort are absolute non-sense and a just ‘myth’ that creates the mayhem to keep painting a portrait as if we are in danger and they are there to save us.

Until we understand this and set focus for ourselves, all we will do in General body and executive meeting is munch a few snacks with a cup of tea and walkout happy as if we did a great job.
