Just got a reply from the Chief Manager from IOB Central Office. It has been forwarded to the Regional Officer as well. I am still waiting for the replies or actions from the other people/top managements. We will see what they can reply. If not I am planning to give each one of them a call from here to explain further. The manager has to be shown the exit door and GO.

People of Kayalpatnam ( pincode: 628 204 ) have been facing extreme problems with the IOB Branch at Kayalpatnam
with the branch manager to low level staff. They are not at all Customer friendly and neglect the customer's concern.
The manager at the IOB Kayal does everything autocratically and doesn't heed to any of the concerns. This has been
going on for years now. The following is the news which was published on our hometown website.

Please take action against the manager and the staffs. If the branch manager behaves and manages properly, that will be the role model for the staffs but the case here is not at all acceptable.
If this goes like this we are planning to close the accounts in mass and move our accounts to other banks. Please treat
this as urgent and take appropriate action against the manager and bring some customer friendly manager to continue
your business. Hope you listen to us.
