There is no doubt MEGA did a good job (esp. creating awareness) on this municipal election. Hats off to the team! esp. Hamid machan & Kavimagan Kader kaka who ran this show to a success.Personally, I think their success is mainly because of the keyplayers availability in kayal who worked hard to implement 'what they wanted to do' along with the support from localites.

Good...we brought some good folks (mayn't be all) onboard to our municipality but do we think that, task is over. Definitely that can't be a real goal since bringing some good folks onboard doesnt gonna help until 'kayal' reaps the benefits out of it in the form of some good things happening in each wards or measures taken for the growth of kayal by these elected people through municipality for another 5yrs. 'Kayal' that we gonna see after 5yrs going to say, what these guys really did for the society through the opporutnity/power offered to them as president or VP or consellors.

Expanding the tasks of MEGA is a good idea but ensure its not diluted or deviated. You need to be very picky on expansion and ensure you are not re-inventing the wheel. Pick up something which is never addressed or need some attn.Still I would say, rathar than bringing too many items on the plate, MEGA can stay focussed on municipality stuffs by guiding/helping (probably Hamid machan might be having a big list) our municipality team. In addition to that, MEGA can find out what other opportunities which can be brought in to kayal in the form of MLA/MP/CM or any govt agencies funds. They can create awareness in that area too. In overall, they can work as a 'connect' between kayal/public & govt by creating awareness since its overlooked in kayal.
