Even though KWAS is a small team of 20+, they are really making a difference through their innovative thinking (penny bank-Undiyal collections) & strong contributions. I guess their success is... most of them are youngsters who is driven by its founder.
I will also go with Comment # 2. Incase if am not wrong, most of the Hifz Madarasa's offer free Islamic studies (some places like Mahlara offer free food with accomodation) to their students. Some madarasa's are struggling to meet up their daily/monthly expenses. Probably KWAS can support the Madarasa's which is 'not financially sound' to strengthen their activities.
