A bit disappointed to see few lines against your lead to others - i understood that after tried other approaches, you finally choose this source to pull president of councilor to consider your concern. This kind (good or bad) of letter is must occasionaly to remind our people to think responsibility and current position of our town. I think - this is called transparent management.

Well, agree with you for no outcome of complaints though We have different ways (internet, box, phone) now to post our complaints, but no result or status (pending / cancel / rejected / completed). People like me came to the desicion that waste of time to post such complients and reduce in complaint eventually is not meaning the problems solved.

Apart from that, this news diverted from other news about the 2 culprits and hope our councilers will action aginst them legally.

A word proactive is powerfull that we do our work continuesly within our responsibility at any cause, growth will follow behind us.
