Very interesting statistics., yet I failed to understand how internet is cited to be the reason that contributes that systemic failure.

Internet has proved to be an important tool that really helped students to do better even in exams with numerous practice questions to train for exams - though I'm not advocating to be trained - I would prefer learning instead.

It is the up bringing and the influencing of values that matters and not these distractions.
