Dear Br. Shajahan,
Exchanging of statements cannot be a way out while you and I are adamant and justifying our stance persistently. Again you have highlighted various documentary proofs based on the pro-western media and so called westernized organizations like Human Rights Council, World Amnesty Organization etc. which are visibly known for its anti-Islamic guiding principle. They are against capital punishment, death sentence in any form but this will not be applicable for the genocides and homicides which are being carried out by the name of anti-terrorism. Thus it is not appropriate to argue with their statements and standpoints.
This hypocrite media take one standard while Malala was targeted by the Talibans and elevate her upto Nobel Prize honour, at the same time, thousand of innocent children are bombed and perished in the same land of Afghan is left inattentive by this organization in the name of fighting against terrorism. I insist on you to raise this issue through your media sources whatsoever it connects upto oval office.
Again I am not here to defend or encourage the all the activities of this country which has been brought and some overstated here by some commentators. I am not qualified enough to respond them all as well but still I could say what they have brought in to criticism is not in connection with criminal Shariah acts in any form which purely involves with other individuals rights.
But in the case of Risaana, we believe that it has been carried out in the right manner abiding by the law (Allah knows the best) which we sense from the sources that we are notified and through our understanding the enforcement of law here in our experience. That’s all I could say!!
One question is always raised about the transparency of this trial! Such debates are come about only while it happens in the country which follows the Islamic code of rule. Very recently David Headley was convicted by the US court, no required details was transpired to India and still it pursues to bring into their court which is simply rejected by the US. (where is the Human Rights to answer to the innocent family of the victim)
One critic says here “Why this case is only concerned by the world by pointing out so many offenders are beheaded in this country”. Reason is quite simple and observable to get sympathy of the world against Islam in the form of Risaana by portraying this victim as minor and fabricating associated story into compassion to illustrate the Islam and its law is cruel and barbaric. பினல்லி, I appreciate sincerely the way you have tried to make me clear and I urge you to exploit your influence to fight against the media target on Islam and its law in a similar way.
