This could be one of the root cause we are not fully cognizant our circumstance and not endorsed for our necessity. This officer shortage from kayalites due to 1> Not encouraging students to get goverment jobs, higher officials such as District Collector, DSP, VEO, etc 2> Not taking challenge of official risk 3> Less opportunity to fly overseas. We have to come up with proactive solution to stop continuing this scenaria for future generation.
