I belive strongly there is no political game? The right proverb is " All the glitter is not gold"

Where there is a plenty of public money flows will be closely monitered with the right "Audit Team" and proved with authentic supporting docs & the custodian of money must be changed every year or two.

The centralized organisation can publish the cash flow (In/out) in the net to the registered members (if law permits) like what Appapalli.org is doing...

This is my opinion to avoid any manipulations in future.
