I would like to place my suggestion regarding the selection of Volunteers for collecting the required datas. I feel it is better to engage somebody from outside kayalpatnam, because I feel true confession about the disease prevailing in ones family or prevailed will not come true.

Even though we assure that the information will be kept secret, mere assurance will not satisfy the public because the volunteers are some what related or known person to the declarent and if the data released that may have repercussions in the family of the declarent.

Please take note of this our because Kayalpatnam social set up is as such.
