This service is provide by Google in the name of Google Apps. Our site admin may upload Bulk User list with the one we registered before with kayal site. And later found that most of the account or inactive for longer period and need to be closed to save disk space and so on. We can not create ourselves like we register for new account in other mail service provider. We need to get this done by Admin of the site owner who owns the Domain.
Admin: Please clarify my explanation is right? And I didn't registered for an account in our site. Hence, Please do the needful I requested in Comment #4.
