Just got a reply from the Chief Manager from IOB Central Office. It has been forwarded to the Regional Officer as well. I am still waiting for the replies or actions from the other people/top managements. We will see what they can reply. If not I am planning to give each one of them a call from here to explain further. The manager has to be shown the exit door and GO.
