Kayal 2G Municipal fraud - It has beaten up the the 2G scam. Atleast now we should be awake. No municipal officer assuming office in kayalpatnam is willing to leave this place. Is it because of the monetary benefits they enjoy? What is the rate for Plan approval? what is the rate for water line connection? One councillor is in trouble now what about the others. Are they Uthamarkal? Only Allah has to save the people of Kayalpatnam from these Perichalees.
